After reading the story of 'The Gingerbread Man', P2 had a go at making their own gingerbread biscuits.
They had lots of fun rolling out the dough and using the biscuit cutters before patiently waiting on their gingerbread men to come out of the oven!
Thankfully, these gingerbread men didn't run away like the one in the story and the children were able to decorate them with icing before eating them.
As most of the gingerbread men were gobbled up quickly, we took some pictures so you could see what a great job they did.
"Run, run as fast as you can, you can't catch me, I'm THE GINGERBREAD MAN!"
