Primary 1 children had a fantastic day at Sperrin Fun Farm on Monday 17th June. We saw lots of interesting animals, including llamas, peacocks, pot bellied pigs, bambi deer, hairy highland cows and a donkey called Frank! The animals were very excited to see us and enjoyed the tasty food which the farmer gave them. Even though it was a bit wet, we appreciated the chance to have an early lunch. By the time the last of the lunches were eaten, the rain had stopped and we all had a go at sliding down the big hill and taking a tour of the farm on the quad train. We finished our day with some super soft play fun inside and when the bus came we were all puffed out and ready for home. Many thanks to the staff at Sperrin Fun Farm for making our day so special and also a big thankyou to all the mums who helped out on our trip!
