We have been very busy in numeracy investigating the volume of cuboids using centimetre cubes. We made the cuboids from the dimensions and then calculated the volume by counting.
After a while we worked out that to find the volume we could simply multiply the length, breadth and height of the shape and so we put our tables knowledge to the test to calculate the volumes using the formula LxBxH!
