Literacy Week kicked off with some fantastic Paired Reading sessions throughout the school.
Each class in the school partnered with another class to read books together.
Here you can see some of the oldest children in the school (P7) teamed up with the youngest children in Primary One. The photos show how engaged the children are and how much they are enjoying this new reading experience.
In fact, this initiative has been such a success that everyone agreed we should do it again very soon!
