Special thanks to Mr Brian Rankin for coming into school to talk to the Primary One children about his busy job as a dairy farmer. The children thoroughly enjoyed his interesting talk, which was presented in such a fun and interactive manner. Farmer Rankin brought some equipment for the children to see and even some lovely smelling silage!! A baby calf was born on Farmer Rankin's farm on the same day that he was in school and we have photographs of the newborn calf in our P1 Open Area. Thanks so much for the yummy Milkybar Buttons too - a tasty milky treat for snack time.
