After Farmer Rankin's visit to P.1 we were keen to have a go at making butter. We put some double cream into a tub with a marble, then made sure the lid was on very tight! We shook the tub as hard as we could and the cream got thicker and thicker. After a lot of shaking, the cream changed from a liquid into yummy butter. We spread our homemade butter onto biscuits and had a lovely Friday afternoon treat!
