We use the PATHS (Promoting Alternative Thinking Strategies) programme which aims to improve pupils’ emotional intelligence, social skills and self-control. This is a whole school approach and linked to our Positive Behaviour policy.

We have also been awarded the prestigious PATHS Model School Status for our successful embedding of PATHS across the Key Stages.

PATHS PALS

Our Primary 7 children receive their PATHS Pals training annually. They play an important role in helping to teach younger children how to problem solve in the playground using the PATHS strategies.
